I am well, I walked some on Tuesday, but I hurt like crazy the next day. Monday was no picnic either. But no pain no gain as they say...Well that is it in a nut shell I am having good days and bad days, but atleast the Lord has seen fit to keep me here. There must be a message in all of this. Well the day grows cold, and I am tired. My Love to all and good night.......
